Build Your Own DTF Gang Sheet – 22″ Wide

Professional DTF Gang Sheets Printed by GLEESH Unlimited

Build your gang sheet online, preview your layout before ordering, and submit your own finished artwork for vibrant, durable transfers. Our commercial dual-head DTF printer is designed for crisp detail, strong color, stretch, washability, and long-lasting results.

Starting at $15

Choose from 22-inch-wide gang sheets in multiple lengths. Builder pricing includes use of the online gang sheet builder. Longer sheets offer a lower cost per inch, making them ideal for bulk orders, businesses, teams, events, and repeat production.

IMPORTANT — CUSTOM DESIGN IS NOT INCLUDED. Builder pricing is for customers supplying their own finished artwork. The online builder lets you size, position, duplicate, rotate and arrange your artwork; it does not include artwork creation or custom design by GLEESH Unlimited. Design, recreation, major cleanup or substantial artwork modification is a separate paid service.

How It Works

1. Select your gang sheet size.
2. Upload your PNG artwork or premade gang sheet.
3. Use the builder to size, arrange, duplicate, rotate, and preview your images.
4. Review image quality, placement, dimensions, and transparency before checkout.
5. Submit your order for printing.

No mockup or design proof is sent for gang sheet builder orders. Your gang sheet is printed from the artwork and layout you create and submit in the builder, so please review it carefully before checkout.

1st Wednesday Printing Special

On the 1st Wednesday of each month, use discount code GLEESH25 for 25% off qualifying DTF and/or Sublimation print service orders of $30 or more.

File Requirements

• PNG with a transparent background is preferred.
• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI or higher.
• Upload artwork at the exact quality, size, and appearance you want printed.
• Artwork with a white background will print with that white background unless it is removed before production.
• CMYK artwork is recommended when available. Screen colors may differ from printed colors because monitors display RGB while commercial printers print using CMYK-based color output.
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

DTF Press Instructions

Cold Peel Film

• Recommended starting point: 300°F for approximately 15 seconds.

• Press again for approximately 10–15 seconds using parchment, a Teflon sheet, finishing sheet, or similar protective layer.
• Heat presses vary, so time, temperature, and pressure may require adjustment.

• Use mild detergent.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Do not use chlorine bleach.
• Do not dry clean.

Important Before Ordering

DTF transfers can be applied to many fabric types and garment colors. Please carefully review your artwork, dimensions, image quality, transparency, placement, and gang sheet layout before submitting your order.

Your submitted builder layout is treated as final and printed as submitted. Refunds or exchanges are not provided for customer artwork, sizing, placement, resolution, formatting, or other file-preparation errors.
