Turnaround
Same day to 48 hours, depending on order time and production volume.
Orders received by 10:00 AM Monday–Saturday are generally ready for pickup by 5:00 PM the same day, unless otherwise communicated. Rush service may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional $10–$20.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup or when a shipping label has been created.
File Requirements
- PNG with a transparent background is preferred.
- Recommended resolution: 300 DPI or higher.
- Upload artwork at the exact quality, size, and appearance you want printed.
- Artwork with a white background will print with that white background unless it is removed before production.
- CMYK artwork is recommended when available. Screen colors may differ from printed colors because monitors display RGB while commercial printers print using CMYK-based color output.
- Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
DTF Press Instructions
Cold Peel Film
- Recommended starting point: 300°F for approximately 15 seconds.
- Use medium-to-firm pressure.
- Allow the transfer to cool before peeling the film.
- Press again for approximately 10–15 seconds using parchment, a Teflon sheet, finishing sheet, or similar protective layer.
- Heat presses vary, so time, temperature, and pressure may require adjustment.
Garment Care
- Machine wash cold and inside out.
- Use mild detergent.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not use chlorine bleach.
- Do not dry clean.
Important Before Ordering
DTF transfers can be applied to many fabric types and garment colors. Please carefully review your artwork, dimensions, image quality, transparency, placement, and gang sheet layout before submitting your order.
Custom printed orders are produced from the files you submit. Refunds or exchanges are not provided for customer artwork, sizing, placement, resolution, formatting, or other file-preparation errors.
