Will I receive a mockup before production?

Custom design work: yes. You receive a digital mockup to review and approve before printing or pressing. Gang sheet builder and print-ready upload orders: no mockup is sent; your submitted artwork or layout is treated as final and printed as submitted.

How long does an order take?

In general, weekday orders submitted by 12 PM are ready by 5 PM the same day. Timing can vary based on the product, order size, design approval and production volume. Select specialty or outsourced items may require additional production time.

What file quality should I send?

PNG with a transparent background is preferred when appropriate, and 300 DPI is recommended. For print-ready gang sheets, upload one completed file at the exact purchased dimensions. White backgrounds will print as white unless removed before submission.

Can GLEESH Unlimited help with my design?

Yes for custom design orders. Send your photos, wording, colors, theme and instructions and we’ll create a mockup for approval. Print-ready gang sheet uploads do not include resizing, rearranging, rebuilding or design work.

Do you offer pickup and shipping?

Yes. GLEESH Unlimited is based in Columbus, Ohio and offers local pickup as well as shipping options for customers near and far.

Can I submit any artwork I want?

Please submit only artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. By placing an order, you confirm you have the necessary rights to the artwork you provide.
