Build and preview your sublimation gang sheet online, set dimensions, resize artwork, review image quality, and upload individual images or premade gang sheets in one interface. This helps reduce unnecessary slicing for all-over shirts and other large-format sublimation projects.
Builder pricing includes use of the online gang sheet builder.
IMPORTANT — CUSTOM DESIGN IS NOT INCLUDED. Builder pricing is for customers supplying their own finished artwork. The online builder lets you size, position, duplicate, rotate and arrange your artwork; it does not include artwork creation or custom design by GLEESH Unlimited. Design, recreation, major cleanup or substantial artwork modification is a separate paid service.
How It Works
- Select your gang sheet size.
- Upload your artwork or premade gang sheet.
- Use the builder to size, arrange, rotate, duplicate, and preview your images.
- Review image quality, dimensions, placement, backgrounds, and overall layout before checkout.
- Submit your final layout for printing.
No mockup or design proof is sent for gang sheet builder orders. Your sublimation gang sheet is printed from the artwork and layout you create and submit in the builder. Your submitted layout is treated as final.

Turnaround
In general, weekday orders submitted by 12 PM are ready by 5 PM the same day. Order size, production volume and specialty requirements may require additional time.

Best Use
Sublimation is primarily recommended for white and light-colored polyester products, with 100% polyester generally producing the strongest results.
File Requirements
- PNG with a transparent background is preferred.
- Recommended resolution: 300 DPI or higher.
- Upload artwork at the exact quality, size, and appearance you want printed.
- Artwork with a white background will print with that white background unless removed before submission or with the available background-removal tool.
- CMYK artwork is recommended when available. Screen colors may differ from printed colors because monitors display RGB while commercial printers print using CMYK-based output.
- Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Images and builder layouts are printed as submitted. Please carefully review sizing, placement, resolution, backgrounds, print quality, and formatting before submitting your order.
Refunds or exchanges are not provided for customer artwork, sizing, placement, resolution, formatting, or other customer file-preparation or builder-layout errors.
