Large-format event backdrops for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, memorials, graduations, reunions, vendor events, photo areas and business branding.
Customer Supplies Print-Ready Artwork: Submit artwork at the exact physical size selected: 8 ft × 8 ft = 96" × 96"; 8 ft × 10 ft = 96" × 120". PDF is preferred; high-resolution PNG may also be acceptable when appropriate. For large-format artwork, 150 DPI at full final size is preferred unless a production template specifies otherwise. Keep important wording, logos, faces and other critical content comfortably inside the finished edges. Do not add crop marks or extra bleed unless specifically requested for the production method.
Design It for Me: Gleesh Unlimited creates or customizes your backdrop using your wording, logos, colors, photos and event details.
Artwork correction policy: Print-ready pricing does not include file repair or design work. Simple resizing or minor production corrections start at $10. Background removal, cleanup, layout changes, image replacement, significant resizing, reconstruction of low-resolution artwork or other design modifications start at $20. Extensive rebuilding or redesign will be moved to Design It for Me or quoted separately. Additional charges must be approved and paid before production begins.
Large backdrops are professionally produced by one of Gleesh Unlimited's trusted commercial print partners when the required size exceeds in-house equipment capacity.
Material, hardware, stand style, finishing, shipping and installation needs vary by event. Standard vinyl backdrop pricing is for the printed backdrop only unless otherwise stated. Fabric tension displays, frames, pole pockets, stands and specialty configurations may require a custom quote.
