Mockup approval: Custom-design orders receive a mockup for confirmation before production.

Artwork: Submit the highest-resolution images available for the clearest result. Extensive photo restoration, major logo recreation or unusually complex artwork may require an additional design charge discussed before production.

Sizing: Review the product measurement chart before ordering. Because these are made to order, incorrect size selections are not eligible for exchange.

Processing: Approximately 7–10 business days after design approval. Shipping time is additional when applicable.
