Build Uncut Vinyl Prints

Custom stickers and printed vinyl, made to fit your project. Print Only — Uncut: choose your sheet size, then your material. This ordering page is for vinyl prints you cut yourself. Upload one or several finished designs, size and arrange them on your selected sheet. Rotate and nest artwork within the safe boundary to make efficient use of the space.

Four vinyl choices available inside the builder: Standard White for labels and packaging; Clear Smooth for see-through labels on light surfaces; Clear Easy-Apply for flat boards and displays (+$3 per sheet); Premium White for vehicle decals (+$5 per sheet). All are unlaminated. Clear prints have no white-ink base.

These are printed adhesive vinyl stickers, not UV DTF transfers. Peel the vinyl label from its release backing and stick it to a compatible surface. On clear vinyl, transparent film remains around the printed artwork within your chosen cut outline; individual printed letters do not transfer off the film. No raised UV-print effect is included.

Choose the vinyl for your project

  • Standard White — base price. Opaque white-backed vinyl for colorful labels, packaging, event graphics and prints applied to white foam boards. A practical choice when your design needs a solid white background.
  • Clear Smooth — base price. Transparent film for see-through labels and graphics on compatible smooth surfaces. Recommended for white or light surfaces; the surface shows through unprinted areas.
  • Clear Easy-Apply — add $3 per sheet. Clear air-release film for compatible flat boards, signs and displays. An option for larger designs where controlled placement and smoothing matter. Recommended for white or light surfaces.
  • Premium White — add $5 per sheet. Premium white cast film for vehicle decals and other compatible graphics. Choose this material for automotive projects rather than assuming every sticker stock suits the same surface. Installation is separate; contact us first for application-sensitive projects.

Material upgrades apply once to each sheet, not to each sticker. The base sheet price and available finishing price are shown in the builder. All four materials are supplied without lamination.

Choose a sheet size, then size your designs

The customer canvas widths are 12.36 inches and 16.57 inches, with the available lengths shown in the builder. These are printable canvas widths, not full vinyl roll widths. Keep all artwork and cut outlines inside the builder's safe boundary.

Example artwork shown: 2-inch stickers, 3 × 3-inch labels and a 10 × 8-inch board graphic each fit within a 12.36 × 12-inch sheet. A 12 × 8-inch vehicle decal fits within a 16.57 × 12-inch sheet. The big-head example shows four MyKell designs and one G-MAC design, each 13 inches tall before rotation, nested on a 16.57 × 60-inch printable area. Foam board, handles and assembly are not included. Examples do not promise a particular sticker count. Actual yield depends on the size, outline and spacing of your designs.

Printed vinyl only. Product photos are illustrative application mockups. Boxes, jars, foam boards, vehicles, tools, transfer tape, installation and design services are not included. The examples do not show foil, metallic ink or raised-print services.

Cutting and artwork

Print Only — Uncut: No individual sticker cuts are included. You cut these prints yourself. For finished stickers, choose Kiss Cut — Keep on Sheet or Individually Cut — For Handouts & Resale on our cut-sticker ordering pages.

Supply sharp finished artwork at the intended print size; transparent PNG at 300 DPI is recommended for shaped designs. Review spelling, dimensions, quality and cut outlines before checkout. Custom artwork creation starts at $30; minor production corrections start at $10 and more involved cleanup starts at $20, agreed before production.

Clear printing has no white-ink base. White areas remain unprinted and transparent. Colors may appear translucent and can lose visibility on dark surfaces. Smooth and easy-apply clear are different materials; neither is advertised as optically clear glass film.

Sheet quantity means copies of the entire completed sheet. Shipping and applicable tax are separate. Contact GLEESHUnlimited@gmail.com before ordering for a firm deadline, special surface, large design or outdoor-durability requirement.

Production time

Typically ready for pickup or shipment in 2–3 business days after payment and print-ready artwork approval. Production includes ink drying and finishing. Large orders, heavy ink coverage or custom artwork may take longer. Shipping transit is additional. Rush availability must be confirmed before ordering.
